The home flows over three levels with an open plan lounge, dinning room and kitchen on entry. The lounge offers a fire place and opens onto a full length balcony that faces the ocean. On the balcony one will find outside dinning tables and a gas braai.

The middle level provides 3 bedrooms and a laundry. In the large master bedroom is a king XL bed with walk in wardrobe and full en suite bathroom. Queen XL beds are in both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms, both bedrooms have en suite bathrooms with shower, toilet and basin. All bedrooms have large sliding doors which open onto a large terrace with seating facing the ocean

The ground floor has a large TV lounge and a bedroom, both opening onto to a large deck with 12m pool with a garden below. There are 4 single XL beds in the bedroom on this level which can be converted into 2 king XL beds, en suite bathroom with shower, toilet basin. The garden has access to a private path leading to central beach and the wedge.

Two sets of linen for all beds, bath and beach towels are provided. Smart TV with DSTV app, Netflix and WIFI are also provided. A single garage is provided for guest parking

Retainer maid to be employed at least 3 times a week and you pay her directly R325 per day. If more than 7 people you need to employ an additional maid.
